Wędrujący dach plenerowy / Wandering Roof

The equipment of mass demonstrations of the 1950s inspired a 50m2 canopy made of helium-filled silver foil balloons, prepared in July 2010 for the Days of Warsaw festival. The assembled shelter was taken to an open-air concert with the help of friends, students, and bystanders and afterwards carried through the city to the associated club Chłodna 25, where it served as a sunshade.

Jednym z wydarzeń Święta Warszawy wrszw.pl było wspólne budowanie plenerowego dachu - trójwymiarowej, lewitującej struktury o powierzchni ok. 50 m2 ze srebrnych foliowych balonów wypełnionych helem. Po zmontowaniu wędrujący dach stał sie oprawą pozostałych wydarzeń Święta Warszawy - zbudowaną
i przenoszoną razem z mieszkańcami stolicy wędrującą przestrzenią publiczną pod dachem.

Wędrujący dach nawiązywał do "Kołtryn" - wielkoformatowych tkanin okolicznościowych stanowiących tło imprez masowych w latach 50-tych, m.in. na V Światowym Festiwalu Młodzieży i Studentów w Warszawie.
