Placed on a sloping plot of 1067m2, with a footprint of 159,5m2, the house consists of four floors, including a basement
with a two-car garage, first floor including bedrooms, maid's studio and small fitness compound, second floor with day
zone and third one with children bedrooms. Total useful area is 400m2.
The greatest issue was to propose a well distributed spaceplan in a condition of sloping hill with more than 60% of total perimeter
of the house surrounded by the rock and fulfill a number of regulations imposed by a restrictive masterplan.
The form is a simple play of voids and full facade particles coming from the fact that the number of dark spaces
due to house's "immersion" shuld be compensated with large glazings.
The house is ment for rent, which also influenced the way of approaching the subject during conceptual phase.
