Warsaw housing estate "Spindle" after the construction of subway in 2008 begins to be popular, especially among students of the nearby Academy. 36 sqm apartment in the "cube" building of 1961 is destined for rental to students. Renovation had to be inexpensive, the task was also to use existing furniture and appliances.

We managed to refurbish it in the price of 200 euro / sqm. The original "dark window" in beetwen the kitchen and the living room has been renovated and became the main design inspiration: "two cubes with windows".
